*We only service areas 5-20 miles outside of Newark, DE/ Elkton MD area (if you are a little out of the 20 miles an expectation may be made).
*Please note a flat rate fee of $15 dollars is charged for our travel fee*
(This may be waived/ reduced depending on the distance)
We are not a full service mobile grooming salon. We can do basic in- home grooming, we will not shave, cut or trim anything. If your cat is severely matted we will not be able to groom him/her.

* We do not have a high power dryer like most mobile grooming services. If you choose a bath for your cat or kitten, they will either need to "air" dry or we can dry a hand held blow dryer. For long haired cats I do not reccommend a bath since their hair tangles very easily and it is best if they are fully dried after getting a bath.
* We will NOT groom, trim nails, brush teeth to any cat that becomes overly stressed or is older and gets stressed. We will not muzzle any cat that is older then 8 years old. We will do what is in the best interest of the cat and if he/she gets overly stressed the service will be stopped. We have the right to refuse any grooming service that we think is not in the best interest for the kitty. For example, if a cat has skin issues (scabs, very red)- we will determine if a bath, dry bathe or brushing could be performed.
